Sen. Jim Banks, R-Ind., suggested NBC News’ “Meet the Press” Sunday that embattled Receive. Max Miller, R-Ohio, who is facing abuse allegations, must descend his re-election direct and resign “if the allegations are factual.”
Miller’s ex-spouse, Emily Moreno, the daughter of Republican Sen. Bernie Moreno of Ohio, accused the congressman of domestic violence. Miller has no longer confronted prison prices associated to the allegations and vehemently denied them and has vowed to preserve within the poke.
